David is driven by a desire to reduce the gender gap in STEM education and increase access to education for both boys and girls, while working with local communities as development experts. He finds fulfillment in the transformative impact his work brings for marginalized girls and women.

Elidah Ayiemba
Fundraising Assistant

​Elidah believes that even small acts of kindness, when done by many, can change the world. This inspires her to work at ROF because it helps communities through education and jobs. She sees that every small effort, like helping a student, teaching a teacher STEM, or helping women earn money, makes a big difference.

STEM Education, Program Assistant

Emmanuel's is passionate about STEM education, a deep commitment to technology-driven innovation and empowering both students and teachers through hands-on learning. He sees ROF's mission as a perfect conduit for his dedication to bridging the digital divide, making technology accessible to all.

Monica is passionate about advancing gender equality and leveraging technology to improve learning outcomes and to create equitable learning opportunities. She is a strong advocate for ensuring that both girls and boys have equal access to education and the tools they need to thrive, empowering them to define and achieve success on their own terms

Nancy is passionate empowering students and youths through education, skills development and life skills. ROFs  mission to help girls and communities become self-sufficient and reach their full potential is something she deeply cares about.

Sylvia is deeply driven by ROF's goal of helping marginalized youths, especially girls and women, break poverty through education and empowerment. Witnessing how education changes their lives and helping them succeed is her happiness, as their success helps everyone around them.
