Founder & Executive Director

David is driven by a desire to reduce the gender gap in STEM education and increase access to education for both boys and girls, while working with local communities as development experts. He finds fulfillment in the transformative impact his work brings for marginalized girls and women.

Sylvia Okello,
Director Operations

Sylvia is motivated by seeing ROF achieve 100% transition of students to high school through provision of school uniforms. She also loves supporting students through climate entrepreneurship activities.

Monica Adhiambo,
Director programs

Monica is passionate about gender justice. She believes that both girls and boys should have the same education & other opportunities so they can succeed in their own rights. This inspires her to work at ROF because its programs promote gender equality.

Fredrick Otieno,

Frederick is passionate about climate solutions and teaching. He is motivated by the educational  transformation of boys and girls through provision of scholarships and school uniforms.
