Livelihoods Program
Our livelihoods Program is designed to empower rural communities through training and support in sustainable agriculture and entrepreneurship. Through our program, lead farmers gain access to inputs such as seeds and equipment, and are also trained on post-harvest loss prevention and the use of insects for food and feed.
In addition to agribusiness training, we also provide support for women and out-of-school girls in tailoring and dressmaking, entrepreneurship, and personal development. Our participants gain valuable skills in business management, marketing, and financial literacy, and receive seed capital and tools to start their own ventures.
We also offer employability training for unemployed youths, including training in digital marketing, job seeking, and soft skills. Through our program, participants gain access to market linkages, mentorship, and tailored support for business development.
Our goal is to create sustainable livelihoods and promote economic empowerment in rural communities in Western Kenya.
