The financial burden of secondary education can be overwhelming for many students and their families. Therefore, ROF plays a key role in enabling students to pursue their academic and career dreams by offering primary and high school scholarships. We believe that by investing in their education and career development, we can help to ensure that they become responsible and productive members of society. For that reason every Friday we'll be sharing students' stories to highlight the impact of the program on students' life, education, and families. We are super excited for you to learn more about them and their stories. Stay tuned!

Kezia has been in our scholarship program since pre-school. Last year she transited from Akili Preparatory boarding school and she now attends friends school Tigoi girls, she expresses her joy having joined a high school boarding school and that her parent don't need to worry about her school fee. She says, “ The scholarship has helped me in so many ways. It has enabled my parents to worry less about my school fees. I come from a background where both my parents are poor. The organization has supported me and I'm proud because of them am also in a high school boarding school. I’m grateful and may God shower them with blessings. My dream career is to be a journalist. What I love about our school is that it is a God-fearing school and the way academics is always the theme of the day. My best subjects are English and Kiswahili because of the responsible and hardworking teachers who teach them and also because my level of understanding in these two subjects is high and I do perform in them too.” We will continue empowering her so she can achieve her dream of being a journalist.
